2023 Lewis Vineyard Pinot Noir Harvest

Pinot Noir is always the first red grape that Frank Family harvests each year, starting with fruit for our sparkling wines, Leslie Rosé, and then finally our still Pinot Noir. Each individual vineyard lot is hand harvested at optimal maturity in the cool of the night or early dawn. The fruit is then brought to the winery where it is gently destemmed and given regular punch downs during fermentation to ensure a gentle extraction of color and tannin in our wines.
