RESERVATIONS
All tasting experiences are by reservation only and can accommodate up to six guests. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and only service animals recognized by the ADA are permitted. Please note, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are in high demand and have limited availability. Thank you for your understanding.

INDOOR TASTINGS
Private environments are not guaranteed for indoor tastings. Please note, guests may be seated at communal tables or in shared spaces with other parties.

VISITATION SAFETY MEASURES
The Frank Family hospitality team will continue to follow the highest cleanliness and safety standards to keep our staff and guests safe and healthy:

• 100% of Frank Family employees are fully vaccinated and every member of the Hospitality team has been Covid-19 safety trained and follows CDC guidelines
• Tasting areas and high contact surfaces are rigorously disinfected throughout the day

PICNIC GROUNDS
Our picnic grounds are available by reservation only. Guests are permitted to utilize this area before or after their tasting appointment or with the purchase of a bottle of wine. Please note, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on property. We have the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication, is disruptive, or otherwise interferes with the safety and well-being of others.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the winery property, including the parking lot and outside on the picnic grounds.

CANCELATION POLICY
Reservations are prepaid upon booking. All tasting fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of the appointment, and non-refundable thereafter. We understand your plans may change and request you call our Tasting Room at 707-942-0859 to modify or cancel your appointment.
