Chicago Lakeside Cleanup

Frank Family Vineyards was proud to continue our partnership with 4ocean as a Certified Cleanup Partner for the second consecutive year, reaffirming our commitment to environmental stewardship and cleaner communities. On May 31, we teamed up with 4ocean and local volunteers for a shoreline cleanup along Lake Michigan in Chicago.

Together, we removed 228 pounds of trash and debris—including plastic bottles, fishing line, food wrappers, and even a car fender—helping to reduce landfill waste and prevent pollution from entering the lake. Volunteers worked in teams to clear the shoreline, playing a vital role in protecting one of our nation’s most important freshwater ecosystems.

As part of the world’s largest freshwater system, Lake Michigan provides drinking water to over 40 million people and supports agriculture, industry, recreation, and wildlife. Helping to preserve this vital resource is a natural extension of Frank Family’s broader sustainability efforts.
